Website Analysis, Redesign & Implementation
Client
City of Chicago Department of Housing (DOH)
Challenge
DOH provides a wide array of information for singles, working families, seniors, first-time home buyers and renters, owners in need of home repairs, and owners in need of rehab or tax relief.
DOH wanted to update the design of its current site while increasing the target market to various audiences.

Results
By leveraging our extensive housing experience, I was able to develop a collaborative redesign and restructuring approach that ensured the mission of DOH was clearly articulated.
The site downloads quickly while displaying a clean new look. Each of the seven main sections has a unique color scheme to assist the user to more easily locate content. A breadcrumb trail was created at the top of each page to ensure users know where they are at all times.
