Overview

Spam and viruses can literally bring a company's operations to a screeching halt. CleanMail products keep your business secure, providing the protection you need for your sensitive files, data and network. They classify spam messages to save you time and systematically stop viruses before they hit your inbox.

When CleanMail's virus filtering is enabled, all incoming email messages are automatically scanned to detect for viruses. If a virus is detected, CleanMail deletes the offending message and sends a notification to both you and the sender.

When spam filtering is enabled, CleanMail evaluates all incoming messages to determine if the message meets specially defined "spam criteria". Messages that are classified as spam have ***SPAM*** added to the subject line for easy identification.
